B&S Aircraft Alloys supplies a comprehensive range of aerospace-grade materials including stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, and nickel-based alloys in various forms — bar, sheet, plate, tubing, and forgings.

2

Does B&S provide materials that meet AMS or MIL-SPEC certifications?

+

Yes. Every alloy we distribute is traceable to AMS, ASTM, ASME, MIL-SPEC, DFARS, and ITAR requirements. We provide full certification documentation with every shipment.

3

How does B&S ensure quality and traceability?

+

Our AS9120 and ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system governs every stage from mill sourcing to final inspection. Each material is lot-tracked, chemically verified, and accompanied by a Certificate of Conformance for full audit traceability.

4

What are the lead times for orders?

Stock items typically ship within 24 to 48 hours from our New York or California distribution centers. Custom mill orders run 4 to 12 weeks depending on specification and quantity. Expedited options are available for AOG and critical production needs.

5

Yes. Our global sourcing network accesses direct mill relationships across North America, Europe, and Asia, allowing us to procure hard-to-find specifications, unusual sizes, and obsolete grades to exact customer requirements.

6

Is B&S compliant with ITAR and DFARS requirements?

+

Yes. B&S Aircraft Alloys is ITAR registered and maintains full DFARS-compliant domestic and specialty metals supply for defense contractors. All regulated shipments include required chain-of-custody documentation.
